Products, Procedures & Clinical Knowledge: Build your understanding of anatomy, orthopedic procedures, surgical techniques, and Arthrex technologies across areas such as Sports Medicine, Extremities & Trauma, and Orthobiologics. Operating Room Experience: Observe surgical procedures, learn proper OR etiquette, and see firsthand how medical device representatives support cases in a clinical environment. Surgical Skills Labs & Medical Education: Participate in educational events and handson lab experiences designed to strengthen your understanding of Arthrex products, procedures, and surgical techniques. Business & Sales Planning: Learn how sales teams approach territories, goals, customer relationships, performance metrics, and business development. Operations & Inventory: Understand the operational side of medical device sales, including surgical trays, product logistics, inventory management, and billing processes.
