About the role

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our physician-led healthcare system in Northwest Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to develop a specialized hand surgery practice within a collaborative environment, supported by strong advanced practice provider (APP) support and access to advanced facilities, including MAKO robotic operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a focused hand surgery practice.
• Manage a high volume of patient care, including outpatient and surgical cases.
• Shape a practice aligned with your personal and professional interests.
• Contribute to a growing orthopedic program within the healthcare system.
• Potentially engage in sports coverage opportunities.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• MD or DO degree with completed orthopedic training.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
