Qualifications
- Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a passion for comprehensive hand and upper extremity care
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
- Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, with production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
- Potential to earn $1M+ annually
- $100,000 recruitment incentive
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000

Position Details
Shape a service line. As part of a new and expanding practice, you’ll have the autonomy to build and refine a best-in-class hand surgery program.
High-volume potential. With a large catchment area and strong referral streams, you’ll step into immediate surgical and clinical demand across hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow pathology.
Seamless collaboration. Work closely with emergency medicine, primary care, anesthesia, hospitalists, and therapy teams to support exceptional outcomes.
