Responsibilities

• Perform exclusive orthopedic hand surgery with support from a dedicated team.
• Manage a practice within a hospital-employed model, focusing on building a long-term, sustainable patient base.
• Participate in clinical duties, administrative tasks, and optional teaching or academic involvement.
• Provide Level II Trauma Center coverage and share call rotation with colleagues.
• Utilize strong clinical support staff, including physician assistants, to enhance patient care.
