Orthopaedic Trauma

About the role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible orthopaedic trauma surgeon to join a hospital-employed orthopaedic surgery team at a Level 1 trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopaedic trauma care with seven days of call per month
• Perform trauma surgeries in a protected operating room
• Manage cases including high-energy trauma, periarticular fractures, pelvic/acetabulum fractures, geriatric/periprosthetic fractures, and osteomyelitis/nonunions
• Develop elective subspecialties with institutional support, if desired

Support

• Midlevel providers for ER consults, inpatient rounding, and post-op visits

Qualifications

• Completion of an OTA-accredited trauma fellowship
• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopaedic surgery
• Proficiency in trauma management
• Commitment to providing comprehensive care in a collaborative environment
