The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Responsibilities

• Teaching responsibilities may include resident, medical school teaching and fellow education in Spine Surgery.
• Clinical responsibilities may include providing outpatient and inpatient services in a Spine practice at Pennsylvania Hospital in the UPHS Health System and Chester County Hospital as well as on call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise is required in the specific area of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery.
• Applicants must have an M.D. degree.
• Must be Board certified or Board eligible.
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery is required.
