Expertise is required in the specific area of Adult Reconstruction. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. They must also be certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery or eligible for such certification. Teaching responsibilities may include clinical and didactic instruction of medical students, fellows, and orthopedic surgery residents. Clinical responsibilities may include building a practice in adult reconstruction at Pennsylvania hospital, with additional duties in orthopedic surgery depending on candidate training and may include on call responsibilities. Applicants who have completed an accredited adult reconstruction fellowship are preferred. The faculty appointment will be in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
