About the Role
Join a busy, collegial, faith-based orthopedic practice with a focus on teaching. This position involves providing orthopedic total joint surgery, participating in resident training within a large orthopedic team, and contributing to patient care in a spacious outpatient rehabilitation center featuring private treatment spaces and an orthopedic gym.
Responsibilities
- Perform orthopedic total joint surgeries
- Mentor and train orthopedic residents
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a comprehensive orthopedic setting
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Passion for teaching and resident education
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Residency in California required
Note: This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 waiver.
Benefits & Compensation
Total annual compensation ranges from $525,000 to $640,000, including variable pay and a base salary of $472,500 to $576,000.
