Grand Strand Medical Center’s Orthopaedic Department is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join a well-established group in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Active South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery
Responsibilities
- Join a thriving practice with a high volume of long bone, periarticular, and pelvic/acetabular trauma
- Call frequency: 10 shifts/month first year, 6 shifts/month thereafter
- Work with Advanced Practice Provider support within the practice

- Advanced Wound Center – outpatient facility for chronic non-healing wounds and hyperbaric technology.
- Breast Center – outpatient diagnostic services including X-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound.
- Dedicated women’s center with digital mammography (including 3D), breast education, bone densitometry, ultrasound, and X-ray.
- Carolina Forest Imaging Center – outpatient CT scan, MRI/Breast MRI, and digital mammography.
