Pay

The variable compensation is paid quarterly, with an annual range of $30,000–$39,000, making this a highly attractive opportunity on top of fixed compensation. The bonus is tied to sales, average ticket, clinical and graduation metrics, and reviews. It also includes overachievement tiers, so the more the clinic outperforms, the greater the upside.
