Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment planning ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality care by performing orthodontic procedures such as fitting braces, adjusting appliances, and managing retention devices.
• Direct and support Dental Assistants and auxiliary team members.
• Collaborate with other dentists in the practice to provide integrated care of patients requiring additional services.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations including state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Orthodontic specialty certificate
• Preference for 3–5 years of experience (new graduates considered with a long-term orientation)

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning potential of up to $400,000+ (full-time)
• $1,350+ per day +$100 per banding
• 2 weeks paid vacation (full-time)
