About the role

Familia Dental & Vivid Smiles is seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will make a significant impact on the community by improving the smiles of their patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality orthodontic care to patients
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize advanced technology such as electronic records and digital x-rays including cephalometric imaging
• Participate in continuing education to stay updated on the latest orthodontic techniques and treatments

Requirements

• Preference for an Orthodontist with 3-5 years of experience
• Will consider a new graduate with a long-term orientation
• DDS or DMD degree
• Specialty certificate in orthodontics

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency with electronic dental record systems
• Experience with digital x-rays and cephalometric imaging
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

Average earning potential varies based on location and experience, ranging from $250,000 to $400,000+, including new graduates. Additionally, there is a cash sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, new case start bonuses, and monthly cash bonuses based on activity.
