About the role

Familia Dental & Vivid Smiles is seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join their team in Abilene, Texas. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving the smiles of the communities they serve and enjoy a high level of autonomy in their work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthodontic care to patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient satisfaction and treatment success
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in orthodontics
• Manage daily caseload and maintain accurate patient records using electronic systems

Requirements

• Preference for an Orthodontist with 3-5 years of experience
• Will consider a new graduate with a long-term orientation
• DDS or DMD Degree
• Specialty Certificate

Qualifications

• Experience in providing orthodontic care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload
• Passionate about improving patient outcomes

Pay

Average earning potential $250,000-$400,000+ (including new graduates), $1,400-$1,700+ per day, cash sign-on bonus of up to $10,000+, monthly cash bonuses based on activity, two weeks paid vacation time, full medical benefits (including family), malpractice coverage, sponsorship for H-1B, TN, and Green Card available, $2,000 continuing education allowance per year, license reimbursement.
