Orthodontist

About the role

We are seeking an Orthodontist to join our team on a part-time basis (~5 days per month). At Sonrava Health, we provide a lifetime of comprehensive dental services to our patients, and we need skilled Orthodontists to deliver a variety of orthodontic procedures for children and adults. Patients may choose between twin brackets or clear aligners. You’ll work with trained assistants to provide the best treatment and build lasting relationships with your patients as you transform their smiles. We welcome Orthodontists of all experience levels, including recent graduates.

Doctors have autonomy in creating treatment plans while providing direct care. You may also connect with Orthodontists in our Quality Management Department for guidance and mentorship. Our established organization offers expert clinical and operations leadership, along with corporate support from departments such as Billing, Marketing, Call Center, Procurement, IT, Facilities, Human Resources, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine orthodontic needs and treatment options
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with other specialists and general dentists to deliver the best possible care
• Travel to various dental practices in assigned region
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS with Orthodontic Certificate from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted state dental license
• CPR/BLS certification
• DEA certification
• NPI number
