Responsibilities

• C Conduct thorough orthodontic assessments for pediatric patients.
• B Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• C Provide orthodontic consultations to parents and guardians.
• D Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• E Stay current with advancements in pediatric orthodontics through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
• B Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree or a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
• C Active California Dental Board license.
• D Further studies in orthodontics are accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA).
• E Member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).
• F In-depth knowledge of various molds and orthodontic appliances.
• G Experience using hand tools (periodontal scalers, band pluggers, cutters, pliers) and diagnostic tools (digital X-rays, 3D images).
• H Superb dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• I Outstanding patient management skills.
• J Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

Full-time 4 days a week. Based Compensation. Production Percentage Based on Collections $1500- $1800 daily base + $100 starts and $50 Debands + Benefits
