Orthodontics Assistant

Smile Straight Orthodontics (Ridgeland) is proud to be part of Kids Dental Brands, a growing network of pediatric dental and orthodontic practices. Each local office maintains its unique identity while being supported by the shared resources, culture, and mission of our larger organization. Are you passionate about helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles? Our practice provides orthodontic care for children, teens, and young adults using modern treatment options, including traditional braces, clear ceramic braces, and Invisalign®. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with patients and providers, supporting treatment from start to finish while helping create a welcoming, positive experience at every visit. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, patient-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional care, and making a meaningful impact throughout a patient's orthodontic journey. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
