Responsibilities
- Assist in orthodontic procedures under the supervision of licensed dentists.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care.
- Administer basic oral hygiene instructions and fluoride treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Requirements
- Current license as an Orthodontic Dental Assistant in Minnesota.
- Experience in pediatric dental settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Assisting or related field.
- Completion of a recognized Orthodontic Dental Assistant program.
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using dental office software.
- Ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay
$30 - $35 hourly
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 7:00/7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
