Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents and patients regarding treatment plans.
• Identify and manage prior authorization requirements and obtain signed consent forms.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Document all treatment rendered accurately using electronic and paper records.
• Perform general housekeeping and restocking tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting background is helpful but not required.
• Orthodontic assisting experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances is beneficial.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
