This position will be based across both the Fresno and Clovis, CA offices, with time spent at each location as needed.

Responsibilities
- Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles.
- Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision and care.
- Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance.
- Keep our clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments, prep materials, and manage lab duties.
- Be a friendly face—greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Orthodontic Assistant certification is preferred, or Registered Dental Assistant.
- Radiology License required to take x-rays.
- Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members, and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
Pay
$25-$29/hr.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
