How You’ll Make An Impact
From the first “hello” to the final reveal of a brand-new smile, you’ll be an essential part of a patient’s orthodontic journey. Here’s what your days might look like:
- Kick Off With Confidence – Greet and prep patients with warmth and ease. Help them feel comfortable in the chair and excited about their treatment.
- Be a Clinical Superstar – Work side-by-side with the Orthodontist during appointments, keeping things smooth and efficient. You’ll take x-rays, scans, impressions, and make sure everything is clean, safe, and ready to go.
- Share the Why – Educate patients (and their parents!) about treatment steps, care instructions, and progress—so they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
- Grow With Us – You’ll help create great experiences that patients talk about and share, contributing to a practice that continues to grow through reputation and relationships.
- Keep Us Connected – You’ll also support the flow of communication between our practice and referring dentists while keeping accurate, up-to-date records.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
You bring the skills—but also the spark! Our ideal teammate is:
- An Orthodontic Assistant (preferred) or Registered Dental Assistant
- Comfortable with health and safety regulations and clinical standards
- Excited to learn and grow—experience with orthodontic software is a plus, but we’re happy to train
- A people person through and through—someone who connects easily with patients, parents, and coworkers and makes everyone feel welcome
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things running smoothly
