At Martin Orthodontics, we make it our mission to give our patients reasons to smile every day. We are now seeking a talented Orthodontic Assistant to join our passionate team and help us maintain our commitment to quality dental care.

Operating Hours

• Monday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 2:30pm
• Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Qualifications

• Minimum (2) years of orthodontic assisting experience.
• Active support of the doctor during examinations, including instrument handling and material preparation.
• Ensure operational efficiency through treatment room preparation, instrument sterilization, and routine maintenance.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Work chairside both partnered with our orthodontist and independently in the orthodontic clinical space- offering traditional, lingual and clear aligner orthodontics to our valued patient base.
• Previous experience with training new orthodontic assistants, workflow management, ordering/inventory and OSHA/HIPPA processes is a huge plus!
