About the Role

This position involves leading clinical education initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the Orthopedic Operating Room. The role focuses on driving program improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency, developing and maintaining disease-specific program standards, and collaborating with OR nurses and surgeons to optimize processes and workflows.
