About the role
Vital Smiles is seeking RDA licensees, both new and experienced, for positions in their general and specialty departments, including Ortho.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient care and treatment planning
- Perform routine dental procedures under supervision
- Provide oral hygiene instructions and education
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- RDA license
- X-Ray license (if applicable)
- Experience in Ortho (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
