Ortho Assistant

Responsibilities

• Offer top-tier patient care, from reviewing medical histories to completing diagnostic tests and taking radiographs.
• Actively support the doctor during examinations, including instrument handling and material preparation.
• Ensure operational efficiency through treatment room preparation, instrument sterilization, and routine maintenance.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Work chairside both partnered with our orthodontist and independently in the orthodontic clinical space, offering traditional, lingual, and clear aligner orthodontics.

Previous experience with training new orthodontic assistants, workflow management, ordering/inventory, and OSHA/HIPAA processes is a plus.

Requirements

• 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required.

Mon, Tues & Thurs: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Wed: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm
