Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an assisted living community
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
• Actively licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Florida
• New graduates and experienced therapists welcome

Pay

• $100 per evaluation
• $14 per unit for standard visits
• Hospice visit rates: $110 per evaluation and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units)
