About the role
Responsible for conducting tests on various systems and equipment to ensure they meet specified requirements. This includes setting up test environments, executing tests, analyzing results, and documenting findings.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, hardware engineers, and quality assurance specialists.
- Analyze test results to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Document test procedures, results, and conclusions in accordance with company standards.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes by integrating automated testing into the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test operations or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-standard test tools and techniques.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA.
- Passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
