Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test procedures, and automated test scripts for system and subsystem-level electrical tests on the Orion spacecraft and test articles
• Perform test procedure and test script checkout in the Orion Test Labs in Denver and Houston
• Execute test procedures on current flight articles (Artemis II and Artemis III), the Environmental Test Article (ETA), and future vehicles under Orion production
• Collaborate with team members across the program including systems engineering, CPEs/RSEs, software, test labs, manufacturing, quality, and NASA

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other related degree and up to 2 years of experience or equivalent education/experience
• Must have hands-on electrical, computer or aerospace test experience
• Willing to work extended hours, including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, in support of test activities
• Willing to travel

• Fundamental knowledge of test engineering, operations, and processes
• Experience writing test plans, test procedures, or technical documents
• Experience in subsystem/system electrical integration and powered testing
• Experience preparing for and executing spacecraft or system-level tests
