Rehab Associates of Central Virginia is an outpatient physical therapy clinic focusing on putting patients' needs first. Our physical therapists have advanced degrees in specialty orthopedic care from head to toe, addressing issues from musculoskeletal headaches to lower back pain to heel pain syndrome. We operate 16 clinics throughout Central Virginia.

About the Role

This position serves as the first point of contact for all incoming referrals, including calls from patients and referral sources. You will handle initial contact with grace and professionalism, using a friendly and welcoming phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming referrals from patients and referral sources with promptness and courtesy.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services provided by Rehab Associates clinics.
• Understand historical trends in insurances, direct access regulations, and local referral sources.
• Guide patients through the Rehab Associates registration process, including use of FOTO and the company website.
• Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, both within the clinic and outside of work.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent in-person and phone customer service skills.
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Great time management skills.
• Team player attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
