Responsibilities
- Manage and provide direction to Organizational Account Specialist(s), with responsibility for future team growth.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure timely and effective account servicing.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to support team development.
- Ensure consistency in processes, service delivery, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Step in and independently execute all responsibilities of the Organizational Account Specialist role when necessary to maintain service continuity.
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with organizational accounts, SEGs, and partner institutions.
- Serve as primary escalation point for organizational representatives and stakeholders.
- Strengthen engagement and account penetration within existing groups while identifying new opportunities.
- Oversee onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing servicing of organizational accounts.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services, organizational account management, operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience managing or mentoring staff and overseeing team performance.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships across members, organizational accounts, vendors, government entities, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including coordination, oversight, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering presentations, leading events, and engaging diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of credit union products, financial services, and basic finance principles.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks to support organizational account management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
