Organizational Development Advisor - Volunteer Position - Onsite in Tonga • Pacific Islands - 12 months

About The Project Activities How you and the community will make an impact together: Conduct an organizational needs assessment and review related organizational systems. Develop contextualized and feasible monitoring and reporting solutions for real-time data collection and improved analysis. Coordinate and support the rollout of new systems or processes. Develop standard operating procedures and other documentation to support the implementation of new monitoring, reporting, or operational processes. Provide training on grant development and management processes. Review donor requirements and build the staff’s capacity to comply with grant requirements. Support project budgets, workplans, procurement plans, and a variety of reports. You may also work on additional projects that meet the community’s interests and priorities, such as organizing environmental education camps or community outreach.
