About the role
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. This individual will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to develop change strategies that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and ensure successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and adoption activities.
- Assess organizational impacts and identify risks related to people, processes, and culture.
- Partner with project leaders and business sponsors to support successful change adoption.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness initiatives.
- Coach leaders and sponsors through change and help manage organizational resistance.
- Define and track success metrics to measure adoption and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR, communications, training, and project teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years leading organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through organizational change.
