As an Organ Clinical Coordinator (OCC) you will be part of a challenging, fast paced environment answering incoming referral calls, screening for donor suitability and coordinating the logistics of organ recoveries and placement for transplantation.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming referral calls
- Screens for donor suitability
- Congratulates families after successful transplants
- Coordinates logistics of organ recoveries and placements
- Works closely with transplant surgeons and transplant coordinators
- Facilitates the transplant process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience
- Or 3 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced healthcare or medical setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Able to work 12 hour shifts
- Comfortable with managing conflict
- Must live within 60-90 minutes from Waltham, MA

Pay
- Competitive salaries
Schedule
- 12 hour shifts (3 per week)
- 12 hour on-call shift (1 per week)
- Shifts are typically 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
- The possibility for a swing shift some examples are 11:00am -11:00pm, 1:00pm -1:00am, 2:00pm- 2:00am
- Will work overnights, holidays and weekends
- This shifts are on site at our New England Headquarters, Waltham, Massachusetts
- Schedule is subject to change and flexibility is a must
