Oregon Plaintiff's Attorney – Toxic Tort & Serious Injury

About the role

As a plaintiff’s attorney specializing in toxic tort and serious injury cases, you will represent clients in complex litigation involving environmental hazards and personal injuries. You will work closely with a team of experts to build strong cases and advocate for your clients' rights.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and at mediations
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Manage case files and coordinate with clients, experts, and other attorneys
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Oregon
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Strong academic record
• Experience with toxic tort and personal injury cases
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Passion for advocating for justice

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
