Order to Cash Track Lead, Finance Engineering

About the role

The Order to Cash (O2C) Lead, Finance Systems will lead the technology for Klaviyo’s O2C application landscape and core financial workflows. This role is responsible for executing on the roadmap for Klaviyo’s O2C stack, ensuring alignment with company priorities, and delivering with the highest code quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the O2C track and execute on the roadmap for Klaviyo’s O2C stack aligned to the company priorities.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical design.
• Bring first principles thinking to your design.
• Integrate CPQ to NetSuite and ensure that all Enterprise capabilities are delivered with scale.
• Provide recommendations to set Klaviyo for the future regarding O2C systems landscape.
• Own SOX, controls, and audit readiness for Finance systems.
• Design and optimize core Finance processes and systems.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance.
• Partner with Controllership, Tax, Treasury leaders to improve and continuously refine end-to-end O2C workflows.
• Act as a strategic partner and communicator.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems, with meaningful ownership of Finance technology at a tech or SaaS company.
• 4+ years in O2C, responsible for order-to-cash.
• Solid understanding of practical SOX ITGC experience and a clean track record working with Internal Audit and external auditors.
• Understanding of enterprise-led growth, international expansion, and system features required to enable moving upmarket.
• Experience in ERP and Finance application architecture (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora, or similar).
• Hands-on in ERP and Finance application architecture (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora, or similar), integration patterns, and how Finance data flows across a modern tech stack.
• Experience delivering business outcomes by partnering with strong engineering teams with an AI build-first mentality.
• Personal experience or knowledge of building and scaling AI and automation in Finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Salary Range: $140,000—$210,000 USD.
• Travel: Up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events.
