Responsibilities
- Pulls and prepares customer orders for pickup.
- Evaluates daily customer order quantities to meet Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery demands.
- Ensures all orders are completed on time with accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicates and resolves customer order issues through to resolution.
- Manages and maintains an organized stockroom to support visual and selling efforts.
- Performs tasks with pace, attention to detail, and adherence to time expectations.
- Maintains and down stocks the Elfa product area in the stockroom.
- Conducts daily location audits on customer orders.
- Executes changes to staging locations and Elfa Pull Sequence.
- Reviews and acts on the Product Not Arriving as Expected Report.
- Helps develop an efficient order processing team for a positive customer experience.
- Understands and works toward sales goals, holding self and staff accountable.
- Leads the sales floor and performs additional duties in partnership with managers.
- Actively engages with customers to solve their organizational challenges.
- Upsells and assists walk-in customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of inventory experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
- Focused attention to detail and solid organizational skills under pressure.
- Proven communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions in the best interest of customers and the company.
- Minimum 10-15 hours per week availability.
- Weekend availability required.
- Flexibility in scheduling due to the ever-changing retail industry.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule
- Part-time role.
