ORDER SELECTOR SPECIALIST

About the role

As an Order Selector Specialist, you will load and unload trailers, move and pick merchandise, and utilize warehouse equipment to fulfill order requirements. High performers can earn up to $19–$20/hour with commissions on top of base pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and complete next-day orders for customers.
• Pull inventory from racks manually or using automated equipment and hand-held devices.
• Check, verify, and audit selected products to ensure accuracy and no damage.
• Build, wrap, tag, check, and stage orders continuously throughout the shift.
• Build up and break down pallets and carts as needed.
• Operate warehouse and order-picking computer systems/equipment to accurately fill orders and manage inventory.
• Load trucks daily using load sheets to verify the sequence of orders.
• Assist in checking orders and replenishing floor picks as needed.
• Apply current build and rotation practices when loading bar trucks.
• Follow current safety, build, and pick best practices.
• Perform care and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other duties assigned by management.
• Perform varied duties depending on department assignment; assignments may change based on warehouse needs.
• Work overtime as required by business trends and during common holiday periods.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 165 lbs. when handling keg products.
• Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with teammates and managers.
• Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
• Must quickly fulfill orders at a maintainable and safe speed.
• Warehouse, merchandising, or wholesaler experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge or experience operating powered equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks and packing wrap machinery) (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with inventory and logistic software programs (preferred).

Pay

Base pay: $19–$20/hour, with additional commission opportunities.
