Order Selector

Role: Order Selector responsible for fulfilling customer orders by accurately locating, lifting, and packing products such as groceries, frozen foods, dairy, produce, and meats within a warehouse environment. The role involves operating powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks), maintaining safety standards, and ensuring product integrity through proper wrapping and handling techniques. Responsibilities Locate and lift items based on order sheets or audio instructions.Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, safe work environment, conducting equipment inspections.Report damaged, low-stock, or quality issues.Work in multi-temperature areas, including refrigerated and freezer zones.Follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.Prior experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is advantageous.Ability to perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced setting.Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in various warehouse conditions.Strong safety awareness and adherence to policies.Effective communication skills. Key Duties: Picking and assembling customer orders, operating equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards, and working efficiently in diverse temperature zones to support the company's distribution and retail operations.
