Order Selector - 1st Shift / 7:00am to 5:30pm / Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Additional days or overtime as required to meet daily demands.

About the Role

As a core member of our distribution team, you will work in a fast-paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy. You’ll operate in our frozen warehouse picking orders. Perry’s supports your growth through feedback, education, and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team in a fast-paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy
• Tolerate working in a frozen, -20°F environment (freezer suit and frequent breaks provided)
• Commit to living Perry’s “values”
• Learn and adhere to Department-specific Safe Quality Food requirements and Safety Guidelines
• Flexibility to work daily overtime as needed
• Lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Push/pull up to 2000 lbs. for extended periods (using carts, dollies, pallets) in -20°F temperatures
• Stand and walk for up to 12 miles per shift on icy/slippery floors
• Use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to overhead
• Perform basic math calculations
• Complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor

Pay

Base Pay Rate: $21.08 – $23.43 per hour
Freezer Premium: $1.25 per hour
