About the role

As a core member of our distribution team, you will be expected to:

• Work as a team in a fast-paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy
• Work in our frozen warehouse picking orders

Essential Duties

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Able to work in an extreme cold environment reaching temperatures below -20°F
• Able to push/pull up to 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time (on carts, dollies, pallets)
• Ability to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy/slippery floors
• Able to use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to over the head at times
• Able to perform basic math calculations
• Successfully complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles

Pay

Base Pay Rate: $21.08 / hour - $23.43 / hour

Freezer Premium: $1.25 / hour
