Order Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies related to picking, inventory, surplus orders, repairs, and RMAs
- Review order details and identify issues related to quantities, condition, or fulfillment accuracy
- Cook up with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams to correct discrepancies
- Communicate updates and resolutions internally to ensure smooth order processing
- Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Receiving, and Inventory teams to maintain workflow accuracy
- Aid in resolving issues related to missing or mislabeled inventory
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of issues and resolutions within internal systems
- Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of critical order issues

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or logistics preferred
- Experience with inventory systems or order management systems preferred
Physical Demands
- Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting requirements based on operational needs
Compensation
The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $20.00–$22.50 per hour.

About the Role
