Order Processing Specialist

About the role

One New Creation is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations. This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders or service requests connected to residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations, confirming required details before release or handoff.
• Review orders for missing details, duplicate requests, pricing discrepancies, and fulfillment exceptions.
• Update order status, approved changes, cancellations, shipment or service details, and customer notes across moving, call-center, and logistics operations.
• Coordinate routine order questions with customers, sales, operations, suppliers, or fulfillment teams.
• Track open orders and follow up on delayed, incomplete, or exception items until resolution.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and protect customer account and payment information.

Requirements

• Strong data-entry, organization, customer-service, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort using order-management, CRM, spreadsheet, email, and inventory or service systems.
• Ability to review pricing, quantities, addresses, dates, and order details accurately.
• Clear written communication when coordinating changes or resolving exceptions.
• Reliable follow-through and the ability to manage multiple open orders.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$47,500 - $54,500 per year
