Order Picker/Packer

About the role

The role involves managing inventory, packing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and reorder items as needed.
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
• Ensure all packages are properly labeled and addressed.
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license (if required).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of shipping and handling procedures.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
