Order Picker (Beer Warehouse)

About the role

Join Fabiano Brothers as an Order Picker and play a key role in keeping our beer distribution operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position inside our warehouse - perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using pick sheets and voice-picking technology
• Move, stack, and organize product (50+ lbs)
• Load and stage orders for delivery trucks
• Operate warehouse equipment (walkie riders, forklifts – training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
• Willingness to learn equipment operation (training provided)
• High school diploma or GED
