Order Picker

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area
• Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
• Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Skills: Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; service leadership approach with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
