Order Picker

Responsibilities

• Receives pick ticket from shipping office
• Pulls and verifies orders accurately in preparation for delivery to customer using a hand scanner
• Inputs data on a computer
• Compares identifying information and quantities on the packing/pick slip against the purchase order, counts items for verification, and indicates discrepancies
• Required / certified to operate any, or all of the following warehouse equipment: forklift, pallet jack, wave runner, scissor lift safely

Essential Requirements

• Pull orders for delivery to customers
• Deliver order to designated combining area for processing
• Verify orders to pick/packing slip for accuracy to purchase order
• Must be able to read and understand English
• Must be able to read pick/packing slip
• Good communication skills
