Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners
- Accurately pack orders according to company SOPs and customer requirements
- Use WMS to verify item counts, product codes, and order accuracy before shipment
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping or delivery
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or quality issues to supervisors
- Perform other warehousing, material handling, and related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for overtime, weekends, or peak seasonal hours as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanning equipment preferred
