Role Summary

Responsible for stocktaking, stock corrections and stock accuracy.

Main Tasks

• Fullfill the requests of supplier ordering process
• Fullfill the requests of SAP data monitoring
• Planning and execution of stocktaking according to standards
• Responsible and contact for customer or supplier consignment
• Planning stocktaking at subcontractor, consignment stock and external warehouse
• Creation and reporting of KPI and reports
• Deriving measures and improvements
• Making sure warehouse monitor and COGI scrapping activities are performed
• Supporting SAP postings (correction movement types)
• Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor
• Ensures compliance with audits like MMOG or norms ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Q principles at their workplace.
