Position Overview
Stanley 1913, an iconic brand rooted in innovation and sustainability, is seeking an Order Management Technical Architect to lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Order Management System (OMS). This role will be accountable for ensuring system integrity, seamless integrations with enterprise-wide systems, and alignment with business needs to enhance operational efficiency. As a key leader in our supply chain digital transformation, you will collaborate across functions to optimize processes, improve system performance, and drive business value. You will play a critical role bridging business and technology, driving end-to-end order management capabilities across both B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, with a strong emphasis on Blue Yonder OMS expertise within an Oracle ERP ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Order Management & Systems Leadership
Lead the design, configuration, and development of our Order Management System (OMS), ensuring alignment with operational goals and IT architectural standards.
Operate within an Oracle ERP ecosystem, supporting and enhancing order management capabilities across the enterprise.
Maintain and enhance system integrations between OMS and other enterprise systems, including ERP, Planning, PLM, PIM, Shopify, and 3rd-party applications.
Translate business needs into functional and technical design for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Analyze and document business processes to identify system improvements, gaps, and inefficiencies.Supply Chain Process Ownership
Own and continuously improve key end-to-end processes, including:
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Ensure OMS capabilities support both wholesale (B2B) and DTC/eCommerce business models.
Conduct gap analyses to ensure solutions meet operational and business needs.DTC & Shopify Initiatives
Serve as the intake lead for all Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives
Support and evaluate new Shopify initiatives, ensuring alignment with order management workflows and downstream systems
Translate evolving DTC requirements into scalable system solutionsStakeholder & Program Leadership
Lead multi-functional collaborator communication across business, technology, and operations
Drive collaborator alignment, intake, prioritization, and delivery governance across multiple initiatives
Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to define requirements and deliver functional specificationsTeam Leadership & Delivery Model
Provide oversight across a hybrid delivery model, including:
Internal team members and offshore consultants
Ensure accountability, execution, and high-quality delivery across distributed teamsTesting, Support & Continuous Improvement
Lead functional testing efforts, including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing
Identify, track, and resolve system defects or issues
Provide day-to-day support for end users, addressing system inquiries and resolving functional issues
Conduct training sessions for key users on OMS functionality and guidelines
Find opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 10+ years of demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and supporting an enterprise OMS platform
- An expert understanding of supply chain and order management processes, especially O2C and P2P
- Experience working in an Oracle ERP environment (functional understanding required; deep technical SME not required)
- Blue Yonder expertise strongly preferred
- Experience with OMS platforms such as: IBM Sterling OMS and or Manhattan OMS
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and enterprise system ecosystems
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, EDI, middleware)
- Proficiency with SQL or other query tools for data analysis and reporting
Salary Range
$150,000 USD - $170,000 USD
