We help customers find the best solutions for their unique situations and provide support for the life of the product. As a vital subsidiary within Flow Control Group (FCG), we act as a critical intermediary between over 3,000 suppliers and 15,000 customers, serving mission-critical components across diverse end markets.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate contact
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates

Requirements

• Ability and comfort working with computer applications — ample experience working in NetSuite
• Capacity to work with Instrumart’s telecommunications system, Dialpad
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customers
• Skilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivity
• Active listener — giving full attention to what callers are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
• High levels of dependability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions across all departments

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar business management software
• Experience using a cloud-based telephone system
• Experience sharing a workload while working as part of a team
• Experience working in an open office environment
