Order Management Associate
About the role
GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent.
- Receiving and processing the sales orders and purchase orders in multiple CRM applications
- Verifying order details for accuracy
- Calculating custom discounts on orders
- Updating and maintaining customer order information
- Working closely to support our sales team
- Answering periodic phone calls
Requirements
- Order processing or other administrative experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Deadline driven with a sense of urgency and commitment
- Previous experience with CRM/ERP Systems is preferred
- Able to work standard business hours M-F, with ability and willingness to work (paid) overtime at the end of month/quarter/year
